FabHotel Prime V Hussainganj - Hotel in Husainganj, Lucknow

I had booked this hotel in hopes that it will be as good as my last stay here in 2022 but the place had turned pathetic. The rooms were very dirty and were very smelly. They were not ready to change room earlier but on our persistence they changed it and allotted yet another room which was prima facie clean but the washrooms were very dirty. We checked out earlier and were asked to pay the amount for entire stay. When we tried to reason with them the property asked us to contact their customer care. when we did that they informed us of some software update so asked us to contact property if we wanted to check out earlier but the charges had to be paid nonetheless. We did that and left off to other non fabhotel. So avoid this hotel at all costs. The reviews are probably bot driven or paid ones. If you still want to visit the property, book on daily basis so that when you plan to check out early, which you most certainly will, you will not be at a monetary loss like us.

Room and Washroom are good and hot water is available all the time. But the Wi-Fi is the worst. I used my mobile network to work in my laptop. And Rooms are NOT soundproof at all, if the neighborhood room plays T.V, and all the street noises, we can enjoy from our room. Breakfast was ok and the staffs are very friendly and courteous. Management needs to verify everything works perfectly, before allocating room to guests.

This place is extremely good and accessible. Hazratganj, aminabad, husainganj metro station, everything is a stone throw distance from this place. The interiors are good and clean, the services are good; however, the food is expensive. Since the rooms are a bit on the higher side of rates but I guess it is okay as you will save on traveling. There was a problem with my stay payment as they had sent me email with lower cost however it was for one guest however i thought as my booking was for 2 people, it would be the cost of 2 people, but it wasn’t. So take care when you pay.

Hotel location and infra is good. But rooms are not well maintained and having cigarette smell.Service is very poor. Rooms are not getting ready on time.I have checked in at 16.00 hrs instead of 12.00 hrs but I have to wait as room was not ready Bathroom towels , soap and toiletries were not available Towel supplied after repeated calls .Room service and reception number is same and no one is picking up in wee hrs.Even roof top restaurant is not maintained well. Service providers are only interested in tip.Most important thing is hospitality and professionalism which is badly missing.Staff are in the habit smoking and chewing tobacco. Growth of this hotel is a question mark!!!!
